How automatic refunds work

Every URL you submit is monitored. If we cannot detect a successful Googlebot crawl within the verification window, the credit for that URL is refunded back to your balance — no support ticket needed.

You can see refunded URLs and the credits returned inside each task's detail view, and a corresponding entry appears in your credit ledger.
